After appearing on the Morning Show with Mike and Juliet, again I was amazed at all the emails I received of people that have been victimized in Cyberspace.
It is important to remember that it is not about "free speech" - it is about defamation and libelous comments that can be held accountable. My $11.3M jury verdict for damages speaks volumes that free speech does not condone defamation.
